Dusty Baker, Steve Garvey, Pedro Guerrero, Burt Hooton, Davey Lopes and Fernando Valenzuela made the All-Star team. Fernando Valenzuela won the National League Rookie of the Year award. Fernando Valenzuela was honored with the Cy Young award. Gold Glove winners for 1981 included Dusty Baker.
