Super Bowl VI
Super Bowl VI at Tulane Stadium in New Orleans was played
January 16, 1972 between the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins. The
Dallas Cowboys won easily 24-3.
Cowboys QB Roger Staubach completed 12 of 19 passes for 119 yards and
two touchdowns and was named the game's Most
Valuable Player. CBS broadcast the game with announcers Ray Scott and
Pat Summerall.
