Arrow Air
Arrow Air was founded in 1950 as a cargo carrier. Deregulation tempted
it into passenger service in the late Super70s, which continued into the
Awesome80s.
On December 12, 1985, a chartered military flight carrying Americans
home for the holidays crashed
in Newfoundland killing all 258 passengers and crew.
