			The Godfather by Francis Ford Coppola not only was the highest ranking movie from the Super70s, its sequel finished at #32.

Below is the complete list of the American Film Institute's 100 greatest American movies as announced by the AFI on June 16, 1999. These 100 top films were selected by a blue-ribbon panel of leaders from across the American film industry and were all produced during the first 100 years of American filmmaking.
