Sixth SenseBy Patrick Mondout
Despite being one of the few occult series to appear on TV during the
Super70s, this Sixth Sense had nothing whatsoever to do with the wildly
popular movie of the same name. In this short lived series, Dr.
Michael Rhodes and his research assistant Nancy Murphy delved into the
world of ESP, telepathy, and the paranormal to solve mysteries.

I get the Night Gallery episodes with Gary Collins mixed up with the Sixth Sense, but I remember being scared of both shows as a kid! I remember one where Collins had playing cards with different pictures on them; in one a man was being subjected to Pit and the Pendulun type torture and he found himself in that position later. Another had a dead man kept frozen in an iron-lung type contraption and came back to life. I had nightmares over that one forever! --Heidi | Note: This is just a random sample of the Sixth Sense messages in our TV forums!
